Pricing

You can use a ticket to hop on and off any park & ride bus all day. For example, get off at the hospital or rail station, then get back on to go to the town centre, then back out to the park & ride site. The ticket can only be used once from a park & ride site.

Buy your tickets on the bus via cash or contactless.

Parking only can be purchased via Mi Permit, using location 737944 and costs £3.

Park and Pedal

Bring your bike with you, leave your car at the site and cycle to your destination. Park and Pedal is £3 per day. We have bike racks should you chose to leave your bike at site overnight. We also offer Secure cycle lockers £20 per month, which includes free parking. Please visit Bikeaway to secure your locker.

Parking for special events in Colchester and at the Jobserve Community Stadium is sometimes available. Prices may vary for special events and concerts. The car park has extended opening times on these occasions.

Slammed UK - 1st Sunday of every month

Our coffee mornings are home to cars, car lovers, chilled vibes, live music, a variety of food and great coffee. The events start at 10am until 1pm and you'll find something for everyone to enjoy. We'll also have some select exhibition stands on the mornings for you to shop around the best brands and take a look at some of the latest products and collections.

Colchester Half Marathon - Sunday 21 May 2023

Parking will be available at Colchester Park and Ride from 7am – 2pm, payment must be made by Mi Permit

Colchester Hospital

Colchester Hospital have funded access to FREE Park and Ride services at Colchester Hospital for all ESNEFT colleagues. Colleagues simply have to show their ID badge when they get on the bus and are issued with a ticket. Staff are encouraged to use the Park and Ride with staff car parks regularly at capacity. Staff DO NOT need to park their vehicle at the Park and Ride to utilise the service.

Castle Park Concert Parking

The Park and Ride service will be offering a bus service and parking for the following concerts in Castle Park.

  • Saturday 6th August - Simply Red

Tickets are available to purchase per car, payment must be made by Mi Permit. Your ticket can be used on regular Park and Ride Services on Saturday and additional services as timetabled below.
