Essex Highways pays its own tribute for Remembrance Day in Army garrison town outside Colchester Town Hall

Essex Highways will pay its own particular respects to the British armed forces, past and present, with a unique poppy design fixed to the road outside the town hall on Saturday morning for Remembrance Sunday.
