As part of the new housing development on the land east of Halstead Road (planning ref 15/01234/OUT), Linden Homes will be carrying out improvements to the junction of Halstead Road/Frinton Road and Holland Road/Frinton Road in Kirby Cross to manage traffic generated from the new development.
