Completed Brentwood Schemes

Essex Highways plans to renew the traffic signals located on London Road at the junction with BT’s access road in Brentwood.

We will be replacing the signals before they become unreliable and fail to work properly, upgrading them to new extra low voltage equipment and lower-energy LED signals. This will ensure the signals operate both safely and efficiently.

Resurfacing works on a section of Brentwood High Street will be carried out by Essex Highways, in coordination with Cadent Gas, who will be upgrading the gas mains along the same stretch.
