Do you require accessible transport?
We provide high quality, bespoke transport for private passengers to a range of centres. Our shared minibus service helps to reduced social isolation, providing a friendly, caring atmosphere.
The needs of each passenger are carefully assessed and if necessary, door to door help is given to access the vehicle by our excellent team of highly experienced passenger assistants.
All our drivers and passenger assistants have an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

As a mummy to a special needs daughter I never imagined having to use this sort of transport. My anxiety was so high putting the trust and safety of my daughter in someone else’s hands but never would I hear myself say I wouldn’t have any other company take care of her. She gets very excited and is so happy to travel on the bus. The smile she gives the girls when she gets on and off the bus is amazing, such a friendly and happy bunch, always very helpful and polite.
My daughter has been a passenger with Ugobus for the last three years and has loved every minute of it. She enjoys the chats she has with the passenger assistant and driver because they always have time to listen to her. Nothing is too much trouble for them when it comes to dealing with all the children they transport.
As a parent, I have no complaints but only praise for the crew that take my daughter to school.
When she leaves this summer term I know she will be sad to say goodbye.
