Springfield Road / Navigation Road, Chelmsford progress update

Following the recent closures of Springfield Road and Navigation Road in Chelmsford we can confirm that the works undertaken by the developer are substantially complete. 

Currently the new traffic lights are covered over while they work to get the connections to the traffic signals fully operational.

Some minor carriageway incursions are required to support the completion of these works and remedial activities.
