About the Scheme

Road capacity improvements at the Boreham Interchange in Chelmsford are now complete.  These works were carried out between 2021 and October 2023 when the new bridge which connects to Chelmsford’s new relief road (A131 Beaulieu Parkway) with the re-aligned Boreham Interchange, was opened.

These works were carried out by Countryside Properties, the developers of Beaulieu in Chelmsford.
