Wicken Fen Bridge – scheme update

The first phase of works at Wicken Fen Bridge has begun. The site compound is in place and the pedestrian footbridge has been removed. The pedestrian footbridge will be replaced with a new structure. A temporary pedestrian diversion route is in place during this phase of work.

When the construction of the new footbridge is complete, the second phase will commence which will involve the main reconstruction works on Wicken bridge.
